These ceramic-coated knives with a formidable slicing capacity enable you to peel, cut and chop off vegetables and fruits without any effort and preserve food from any contact with heavy metals. Natural zirconium blade coated with adhesion-free and antibacterial ceramics. No need for sharpening, as they remain forever as sharp-edged as when you first use it. They don't oxidise. Easy to clean, they merely require a jet of water or very little washing liquid. Handle in plastic (polypropylene). Its bright colours are easily seen so you do not mix them up with the peeling waste before throwing it into the bin. Blade length: 7.7 cm.
